We are a handcrafted fabrication facility that provides custom orthotic and prosthetic devices tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Components
All components are sold at Manufacturer’s List Price plus a 10% markup to cover shipping and handling. We expect to develop a stock of commonly used below the knee components. Please contact us in advance to ensure availability of stock and facilitate ordering of knee joints and unusual components.
We reserve the right to pass along any overnight shipping charges incurred in the course of meeting an urgent fabrication deadline for you. I will call and discuss such charges prior to incurring them.
Fabrication
We consistently provide high-quality devices and service to all our customers. We fabricate devices from start to finish ready to fit any patient’s needs for optimal fitting. All fabrication work is built to meet the criteria of specific instructions provided by a licensed O & P Practitioner.
Our turn around times are consistently faster than other central fab facilities. If you have a priority/rush job, please contact us to discuss the details. Rush fees will apply.
Terms
We expect to be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
Late fees will be applied to overdue invoices and interest will be charged at a rate of 1.5% per month. New orders for accounts with non-disputed balances exceeding 45 days old will be accepted on a COD (cash on demand) basis only. Orders for accounts with non-disputed balances in excess of 60 days old will not be accepted until all overdue invoices are paid in full.
